Mango Salsa

Spring is here and the warm weather is absolutely lovely in California. What better way to enjoy the heat than enjoy a refreshing mango salsa recipe with chips and a side of guacamole. Mango salsa also works really well with shrimp, fish or chicken tacos.

Mango Salsa

Prep Time: 15 Minutes

You Will Need:

1 Ripe Mango

1/2 a Red Onion

Cilantro

1 Avocado

1/2 a Lime

1/2 a Cucumber

 Instructions:

Cut and dice mango, cucumber and avocado into bite size pieces

Dice and finely chop red onion

Chop up half of your cilantro head

 Throw all ingredients into a bowl

Squeeze half a lime into the bowl over ingredients and mix together

Put in frige for 30 minutes to and hour to chill

Serve and enjoy!

Optional:

If you like a little bit heat with your salsa you can dice up half a green jalapeno and add that into your salsa
